June 01, 2006Vista RC1 will be Reducing Elevation PromptsAfter my rant about Microsoft needing to eat its own dogfood when it came to UAC, I was happy to see Steve Hiskey from the Windows Security Core team blog about the fact that UAC prompting in RC1 of Vista will be MUCH better. Their plan makes a lot of sense:
