Presentation: How to Harden Small Business Server 2003

I will be presenting on the topic of "Hardening Small Business Server 2003" on July 14th from 6pm to 8pm at the Microsoft Canada office in Vancouver. If you are a consultant, VAR or system integrator of SBS 2003 and have any interest in learning how you can harden SBS to meet regulatory compliance levels using NSA guidelines and Microsoft Security Best Practices, you should register and come attend this free event. I might even take a few moments and show you some of the upcoming tools that I am working on that can automate this hardening process for you... saving you hours in administering this yourself.

This event is being hosted by the Vancouver SBS UG at the Microsoft office at:

Microsoft Canada
Suite #1100, Terasen Building.
1111 West Georgia Street (at Thurlow)
Vancouver, B.C. V6E 4M3

For more information about the SBS UG, check out www.vansbs.com. Hope to see you there!

Any chance of posting your presentation for those of us who can not make it up to Canada?

Ya I should be able to put it up after the event. Not sure if it will be as useful as being at the event though. I use presentations as a guide, not the content. A lot will be discussed that won't be on the slides.

Either way... I will try to get a copy to you anyways.

Interested as well - it's difficult to make it out to Vancouver these days.
