High level Threat Modelling
Peter Torr has an interesting article about high level threat modeling.
The gist of his article is that the process consists of six (possibly repeated) steps, outlined below in more detail:
- Preparation
- Brainstorming
- Drafting
- Review
- Verification
- Closure
I highly recommend you go read his
article to dig into the depth of each step.
Good job Peter.

Thanks! Unfortunately I haven't been able to keep up with your blog lately :-(
Too much information to deal with (or maybe that should be "Too much slacking off to deal with" -- hard to tell!)
Can't keep up?? That's what RSS feeds are for. ;-)
I keep deleting feeds that have hundreds of unread posts piled up inside them... :-(
Your folder is currently at 199 unread items, for example :-)
Guess you have a lot of reading to do. You need a Scoble Phone and a good RSS reader. :)
