January 20, 2004Server downtime this ThursdayJust to inform the masses, the main Ufies server (where Alan graciously lets me host my blog) will be down for most of the day on Thursday, January 22, 2004. With any luck, it should be a painless process, and will increase the performance of the system as it gets cleaned up. Hopefully all will be back to normal by Friday. Thanks to Alan for admining a great server, and I wish him a clean and painless rebuild. For best results, he should really wait for a full moon before he does the rebuild. It helps to clense the goat before sacrifice.
