November 26, 2003Empower Program for ISV UpdateHOLY CRAP. I just noticed that as of yesterday, Microsoft has reduced its membership fee for the Empower program I talked about to $375 until the end of the year! A couple of weeks ago, we tried signing up with the Empower program. But it gave some sort of database error on the last page of the wizard. This happened even when trying from another computer...
